Homestead for Health
Reconnecting you with simple tools to regain your health!
Welcome to the LCOIH Homestead for Health - an initiative that connects the physician and patient with the farmer, land and nature. Homesteading is the way we incorporate the Four Pillars of Real Health
into our everyday life. You can incorporate parts of this lifestyle to help you on your healing journey, whether you live in the city or have a farm in the country. The Homestead for Health includes the Simple Nutrition Kitchen, an extensive resource library and our garden.
Here, you'll learn about sustainability and the disciplines needed to simplify your life, detox and heal. With the Simple Nutrition Kitchen, you'll learn how to cook nutritious meals and how to eat foods that bless your body. In the future, we hope to offer weekend retreats or a week-long intensive healing program! Want to stay informed? Tap here to sign up for our newsletter.

THE SIMPLE NUTRITION KITCHEN
Food & Health with Dr. Boyer
At LCOIH, we believe that simple nutrition is the foundation of real health. We teach people how to eat real food: organic, non- GMO and minimally processed. We also teach our patients how to grow, cook and preserve food. Do you want to learn old fashioned ways of cooking and preserving food to help you on your health journey? If you've been curious about the homestead lifestyle and want to begin growing and making your own food, join us at the Simple Nutrition Kitchen online where we'll be sharing weekly recipes, tips and information - or in-person for a cooking class coming soon!
