Sarah Stutzman, RHC

Real Health Coach

I’m an integrative nutrition coach, educator, and mother of three. After years in the classroom, I felt called home, where my passion for real food, homesteading, and true health took root. I became certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and have spent the past 10 years supporting women in making simple, sustainable shifts in their cooking and daily rhythms. My work is grounded in ancestral wisdom, focusing on nourishing food, balanced hormones, and lowering the toxic load in the home. My husband and I serve as Weston A Price chapter leaders for Lancaster County, and I teach classes and workshops from our homestead. I look forward to supporting the women at LCOIH through nutrition focused classes and health coaching. My heart is to help women slow down, simplify, and become in tune with the signals their body is giving them.
