Dr Eric Lake DO

Dr. Eric Lake, DO

Osteopathic Physician

I am board certified in Family Medicine as well as Sports Medicine through The American Board of Family Physicians. I am trained in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and am certified in Cranial Osteopathy through the Cranial Academy.

Recognized for excellence as a physician, I received the Philadelphia Magazine Top Doctors™ Award in conjunction with Castle Connelly Top Doctor designation from 2013 to 2020.

I received my undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Microbiology. I was awarded my medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed an Osteopathic internship, a three-year residency in Family Medicine, and a one-year fellowship in Sports Medicine at the Crozer-Keystone Health System.

During my post-graduate training, I received the Resident-of-the-Year award for Commitment to Excellence and the Sports Medicine Achievement Award.

Following my training, I served as attending physician at Premier Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, focusing my practice on regenerative medicine, physical rehabilitation, osteopathic manipulative medicine, concussion management, and osteoporosis management.

Currently, I offer osteopathic manipulative medicine and regenerative medicine for acute and chronic injuries and neurological conditions for children and adults. I remain involved with the training of medical students and resident physicians. I believe the body has an innate ability to heal itself, and work in partnership with my patients to achieve health. I consider the impact that lifestyle and community have on the health of each individual, and work to break down barriers to good health.

My wife, Kim, and I love to spend time with our 2 amazing girls. We are active in our church and the community. We teach them the importance of family. I also enjoy anything outside: hiking, gardening, and the beach.
