I grew up in beautiful Lancaster County but I traveled to Alabama for college. I began my nursing career in the hospital practicing bedside nursing in the ICU through the lens of conventional medicine. I quickly had my eyes opened to the  staggering number of patients hospitalized due  to preventable chronic  diseases.  I saw the reactive medical approach in play versus preventative and realized the lack of education and  support provided to help the patients heal through lifestyle changes.  Through this and my own personal health journey, I found myself seeking training on how to fill in the gaps and empower people to take responsibility for their own health. 

I love creating space for patients to feel truly heard, seen and supported throughout their healing journey.  I became holistic nurse coach along the way.

I love having the opportunity to listen to peoples sories and encourage and educate.

I am passionate about my faith in Jesus Christ and enjoy traveling globally, learning new cultures, hiking/biking in nature, sports and having intentional conversations over a "good" cup of coffee!
